WIP Limit

How to set and change WIP limit for columns and how it works on Kanban board.

In this section, you will learn how to change WIP limit of columns and how this feature works around the Kanban board.

Work-In-Progress (WIP) limits help prevent teams from taking on too many tasks at once, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. By capping the number of tasks in a column, WIP limits encourage focus, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.

If you want to change the WIP limit, click "Limit WIP" in the header section.

Next, a new window should appear where you can choose to either set WIP limit for a column or a row. You can also set new WIP limit (default: unlimited).

To confirm change click "Ustaw limit". If you wish to cancel click "Anuluj" or X button.
